The Open Esport Network Tutorial
Here is where you can learn everything OEN has to offer and how to participate.
If you have any questions - the Discord is always a place you can ask.
1. First things first... Create an OEN account
In order to participate in anything OEN has to offer - you must have an OEN account.
Riot has given us access to use RSO - their official sign in method. So once you click "Sign In" at the top right you will be redirected to an offical Riot authorize page that will prompt you to authorize for "The Open eSport Network". Once complete, your OEN account will be created 🎉
NOTE: In order to make an OEN account you must have a Riot account, as well as having at least 1 Valorant match played.
2. Next, Join a Team - or - Create Your Team 🔥
You can visit the Discover page and find both teams looking for players and players looking for teams. So wether you decided to create your own team or join an existing team, you should be able to find people with similar goals to you.
Our goal for OEN is to bring the true esport of valorant into the hands of everyone, no matter your skill. So in order to help with this we have integrated teams tightly into our software.
3. Cup Participation
In order to participate in cups you must be on a team. Some cups we allow lone-wolf or partial teams to enter, however this is not a guarantee.
Once you are on a team and have 5 players - you now have the ability to register for our cups.
Once registered get ready to game on the cups start date 🔥
For every cup we have a Discord staging room where an admin will sit. If you have any questions or need to let an admin know of anything, one will always be there.
